

Catherine Gartside
Practice Manager
Catherine is our practice manager, she started working as a receptionist in 2014 for two years and after a short career change was asked if she would like to return as Acorn’s practice manager. She holds the level three management and team leadership City & Guilds certificate. Catherine enjoys the variety her role brings and particularly values working with such a great team and finds the customer service aspect of her job very fulfilling. She is kept busy with three children and a Hungarian Vizsla called Lola. When she gets time, Catherine enjoys playing the piano and painting.


Tracy Shaw
Receptionist
Tracy is one of our receptionists and has been with Acorn since September 2003. She qualified as a veterinary nurse in 2006 but decided she preferred the variety and social aspect of working front of house and changed her role in January 2015. Tracy enjoys providing admin support to our practice manager and has a keen interest in running and maintaining our Healthy Pet Club. In her spare time Tracy enjoys spending time with her two daughters. Her hobbies include knitting, cross stitch and dancing.


Catherine Haseler
Receptionist
Catherine is another of our receptionists, she has been coming to the practice since birth with her mum and dad but started working with us in 2013. She has a Border Terrier called Buzz, two guinea pigs called Earl and Spud and three fish called Fran, Larry and Earnie. In her spare time Catherine enjoys taking Buzz for walks and seeing her friends and family.
